Social media frontend

The member frontend is the hub for communication between the association and its members, as well as between members themselves. In their own member profile, each member of an association, club or political party can present themselves as they wish, with specific privacy settings. The member frontend can be used on any device – from desktop to tablet to cell phone. Among other things, members can edit their profile, publish their own contributions or photos, register for events, view participant lists for events, pay the membership fee or event fees, order or unsubscribe from publications offered by the association, contact other members or the office.

Community data

Community data is crucial to maintaining an active and engaged network. Alasso offers you complete control over your community data, allowing you to effortlessly manage and update user profiles, track user activity, and share important news and updates with the community.

Job Platform

Finding job opportunities can be a challenge. With Alasso you can easiliy share new job offers and help your members find their next career move. Our job opportunities feature provides a dedicated space for employers to post their new job offers and for members to apply to them directly. You can easily manage job listings, track applicant information and share job-related news and updates with your community.

Groups

Groups are an essential component of any vibrant community, providing dedicated spaces for members to connect, share information and collaborate on projects. With Alasso, you can easily create and manage groups allowing your members to stay engaged and connected.

Member communication

Alasso provides the possibility for the members to communicate through a variety of channels – including email, chat and newsletter. Our email feature allows you to send targeted messages to specific groups of members. Mailing templates can be created for different types of mailings. Attachments and links can be sent. Numerous measures ensure that community members do not appear on spam lists despite mass mailings. Our built-in chat-feature serves with a convenient way for members to connect to each other and share information while the newsletters keep your community informed and updated to the latest news and events.

Event management

Events of all kinds such as presentations, seminars, congresses, excursions, cultural trips, etc. can be advertised and managed. Recorded events are displayed in the event calendar. Access to the events can be set individually (public, members only, specific member groups only, etc.). Guests can be registered or their catering requirements can be selected. There are participant and waiting lists, each individually configurable, and much more. Depending on the association’s requirements, events can be published and managed by the central office, by those responsible for the local groups or by members.

Membership Management

You can easily manage your membership plans, donations and benefits, ensuring that your community has access to the resources and support they need to progress. Our user-friendly interface allows you to create  and manage membership plans, set-up recurring donations and track member information  and preferences. In addition, our unique shop feature provides a convenient way to sell merchandise and subscriptions, allowing you to generate revenues and support your community at the same time.

Mentoring and Coaching

Mentoring and coaching can be a powerful tool for personal and professional growth, providing opportunities for community members to learn from experienced mentors and coaches within their community. Alasso supports the entire mentoring or coaching process, from the registration of mentors and mentees or coaches and coachees and the highly developed matching process to form suitable pairings, the support during a mentoring or coaching cycle through milestones, the possibility of electronic data exchange, e.g. for sending in reports, etc. The entire mentoring or coaching cycle can be handled online.

Billing process

The accounting system has been designed for maximum efficiency. Invoices can be created automatically according to various criteria and sent online or physically. If necessary, invoices can also be created individually. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer and are imported electronically. Reminders are sent automatically based on specifically selected criteria. Invoices are provided with a QR code, returns can be scanned and marked in the database.

Discrete area for board of directors

The local boards of chapters, specialist groups or local groups have extended functions in their front end. Depending on the association’s specifications, these local boards can administer their own member groups, publish events, accept members, and more.

E-Mail Service

Alasso allows each member of an association to be assigned their own e-mail address with the association’s domain. Each of these e-mail addresses can be assigned a fully-fledged mailbox for receiving and sending e-mails. The size of the mailbox can be expanded as required. These mailboxes are hosted on our own servers in Switzerland – maximum mail security for your organization and its members.

Document storage / Cloud function

The cloud function provides extensive options for managing and exchanging documents. These can be used by the association itself or its subgroups – for example the executive boards of chapters or specialist and local groups. Individual members can also use these functions for their private needs. The storage capacity can be expanded according to individual requirements. Data storage takes place on our own servers in Switzerland – maximum data security for your organization and its members.
